October 4th Election Day Information
Residents who would like to vote on Election Day, October 4, 2021, will need to vote in-person at Town Hall between the hours of 7 AM and 8 PM.

Election Day How-To's:
  • Residents are encouraged to bring their voter registration card and Maryland State issued I.D. with proof of Bladensburg residency.
 
  • The Town Hall parking lot and its parking spaces will be reserved for those who are actively voting on October 4, 2021, with one way traffic. Voters and those transporting voters should enter the Town Hall parking lot from Upshur Street and exit onto Edmonston Road promptly after voting is completed. Overflow parking is available on public streets, including Upshur and Tilden, as well as across Tilden at the Fire Department Training facility.
 
  • Masks are required and sanitizing stations will be in place. Voter privacy booths and ballot counting machines will be sanitized frequently as a COVID precaution.
 
  • Residents must follow the markings on the Town Hall floor for additional instruction on where to go and/or stand to ensure social distancing.
 
  • A restroom will be available on October 4th through the white door near the Town Hall Parking by the storage unit and dumpster.
